Capital Gas Ship Management Corp. Takes Delivery of MGC ‘Aridaios’

A 45,000 cbm LPG dual-fuel medium sized gas carrier built by HD Hyundai Mipo in South Korea.
Piraeus, July 29, 2026. Capital Gas Ship Management Corp. successfully took delivery of the newbuilding ‘Aridaios’, a 45,000 cbm LPG dual-fuel gas carrier, from HD Hyundai Mipo in Ulsan, South Korea.
The ‘Aridaios’ is the second 45,000 cbm medium sized gas carrier delivered and the sister vessel of the MGC ‘Aristogenis’, which joined the managed fleet in June 2026.
Designed to transport liquefied petroleum gas and other liquefied gas cargoes, the vessel incorporates LPG dual-fuel propulsion technology, supporting improved operational efficiency and reduced emissions compared with conventionally powered vessels.
Moreover, the ‘Aridaios’ has been delivered in accordance with the highest industry standards, providing an operational framework founded on robust safety management systems, proven reliability and environmentally responsible practices.
